Ecco-terric was started by Rowena Finnegan who is a certified Building Biology Environmental Consultant (BBEC). The principals of Ecco-terric is based on Bau-Biologie, meaning: "movement promoting the use of healthy building principles as a means to improve living and work spaces and the health of people who occupy them."
