A little break from design!

As many of you know I have a health blog that I am very passionate about called Bueller's Kitchen. I would like to take this moment to bring your attention to a post I wrote on Mercury and Heavy Metal Toxicity (this is part 1 of a 3 part series - part 2 will be on fish next week so tune in). This is a condition most people don't know they have and one that will become even more prevalent in the next generation as heavy metals never break down. I would love for you to read some of my post (it is long and detailed but a little goes a long way) and to pass it along to friends as family so we can raise awareness that silver amalgam fillings are toxic and should never be put in the mouths of children or women (or anyone as far as I'm concerned). Equally heavy metals in fish is a very serious condition affecting our health, our children's health and the planet's health which I will write about next week. I'm off again this weekend.
