Case Studies I'd love to study in!

I love this site 30 elm and all the different design it showcases. I'm particularly drawn to this 1852 Greenwhich Village Townhouse remodeled by Melander Architects. It is brilliant in it's modern, yet antique, simplicity. If only I could be this minimalistic!
